Mainland UK: All of our shipping fees are free with the code 'freeshipping'. We use tracked Royal Mail delivery service. This usually takes 1-3 days.
Free shipping is not applicable to sale items.
International: 7-14 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed.
If you have not received an order confirmation email please check your Spam/Promotions/Junk folder within your email provider. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our team and we will be sure to resend it to you.
Personalised Items
Customised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 week production + shipping time, this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand.
Usually, the delivery time will be much quicker.
We will keep you updated throughout the production process via email. You will receive emails updating you on the status of your order and a shipping confirmation email once your jewellery has been sent.
